Local processing

Supported labels, image composition, stamping and record tools work on your device. Projects, preferences and login credentials are stored in this browser. Export backups before clearing browser data.

Server processing

Text recognition, manual translation, document conversion and portrait cutout use SKUPOR servers after upload confirmation. Temporary inputs and results are removed according to each tool’s rules. Portrait cutout results are kept for no more than 15 minutes. These files are not used to train third-party models.

Accounts & payments

Email verification and membership use SKUPOR account services. We retain necessary account, order and entitlement records. WeChat processes WeChat payments. When enabled, Stripe hosts card checkout; this site does not handle complete card details.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we record a page identifier, random visitor ID and time, separated by web and extension. Events contain no file contents, file names, phone numbers or working document data, and are retained for 90 days. Change your choice using Analytics preferences.
