Membership terms

Clear pricing and verified access.

Trial & annual membership

Web and Chrome share email membership. New verified accounts receive a 3-day trial. Annual membership costs CNY 188, or the USD price quoted for Stripe checkout, and lasts 12 months. Renewal is manual; there is no automatic recurring charge. Access starts after the server verifies payment.

Files & results

Each tool has its own file, size and quantity limits. Review conversions, recognition, translations and templates before use. Templates do not guarantee approval by a platform or authority. Only process files, signatures and stamps you are authorized to use.

Compatibility & backups

Local files do not automatically sync across devices. Use desktop Chrome for complex labels and folder operations. Web reminders work by exporting calendar files. Keep your downloaded files and backups.

Order support

For payment, duplicate order or access problems, contact ds@skupor.com with your order number. Refunds and settlement are subject to the payment provider and verification.
